In-depth Interviews (IDIs)
In-depth interviews yield valuable insights into customer attitudes and are excellent ways to uncover issues related to new products or service development. These interviews include unstructured, open-ended questions. They usually last for about an hour and are typically recorded and transcripts of the same can be made available.
IDIs are typically conducted Telephonically or in a Face-to-Face format (for India Research). We have highly experienced interviewers with background in Pharmaceutical / Medical field to conduct these interviews. |

Online Focus Groups
The main purpose of our focus group research is to draw upon respondents’ attitudes, feelings, beliefs, experiences and reactions in a way in which would not be feasible using other methods.

We provision chat rooms, discussion guide, inviting respondents, moderators and grounded qualitative data analysis. Transcription and translation for the entire length of the focus group discussion can also be provided.
Data collected through survey forms is tabulated in MS Excel, SAS, SPSS or in other tool as required by the client. Data collection phase is followed by data scrubbing & preparation including redundancy check, assigning & checking pre-assigned codes and normalization.
