Data Mining
With increasing focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness, the need for
data analysis at various levels exists with all retailers. With no single department
managing the analytics services in Retail Organization, it is increasingly becoming
difficult for retailers to get on time accurate reporting. This makes it difficult
for the retailer to take strategic decision and measure operational effectiveness

Plannogramming
Retailers do space planning analysis to optimise space utilization within
stores. Space planning including shelf placement is an important tool to manage
sales velocities, negotiate with suppliers, manage promotions, increase sales
per footfall etc.
Category and assortment mix are inputs for designing effective planograms.
An important parameter for Planogramming is the business rules, which the retailer
defines for its stores (focus on margins or volumes). Using these inputs and
other details (store clusters), we do complete category management to designing
planograms.
